Helped projects develop strategies for standardization, learn about open-source friendly standards development approaches, and cultivate relationships for interoperability and shared success. Launched innovative, industry-critical projects such as the Alliance for OpenUSD, Ultra Ethernet Consortium, LF Energy Standards & Specifications, Overture Maps Foundation, FINOS CDM, FinOps FOCUS, and many others which leverage the Joint Development Foundation and Community Specification governance modes for IP and due process. I lead a cross-functional team of program managers and standards specialists who serve and support these project communities, enabling them to accelerate their work and innovate together.

Helped establish a business selling retail and onsite web development training, and grew revenues from these products more than 80%. Managed a small team of engineers to consistently improve and deliver course materials to over 900 students. Aligned Bocoup's Education and Community businesses to lift brand and mission awareness through developing and executing free online content offerings and introducing highly-curated developer events such as OpenVis Conf, BackboneConf, and Roost, the well-regarded JavaScript Training Conference. Established key relationships which grew onsite corporate training over 300%. Oversaw the development of new web development curriculums and coached senior engineers to take on educational roles at Bocoup.
